JP Fountain, EA

Senior Accountant

JP is a Senior Accountant and Enrolled Agent in our Tax and Accounting department, specializing in the taxation of estates and trusts, as well as the preparation of judicial accountings for court proceedings. He returned to Davie Kaplan in 2025, having previously worked with our team in 2009. 

Prior to rejoining our team, JP gained extensive experience at a national law firm, where he worked in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group as a Paralegal and Tax Accountant for over a decade. He specialized in serving high-net-worth clients and managing complex estate administrations. 

Outside of work, JP is an avid international traveler, having visited six out of the seven continents. He also enjoys hiking and swimming in his free time.
