Maureen Dempsey-Frazer

Director of HR/Operations

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and as Director of HR/Operations at Davie Kaplan, Maureen manages and oversees recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, development and workflows for employees. She joined the firm in 2021.

On weekends, Maureen enjoys taking day trips to the Finger Lakes wine region and is very interested in wine education. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
